Overview

Creating custom fragment types lets you extend the classification system to match the specific needs of your team or project.

1. Open the Workspace Settings

  • Go to the Workspace you want to edit (e.g., Usable Public).
  • Select SettingsFragment Types.

2. Add a New Type

  • Name – e.g., FAQ or Policy.
  • Description – brief sentence on its purpose.
  • Icon & Color – choose an icon and a colour that will appear on cards.
  • Default Tags – optional tags that auto‑apply to every fragment of this type.

3. Set Permissions (optional)

  • Restrict who can create this type (e.g., only Admins for Policy).

4. Save & Test

  • Click Save; the new type appears with the chosen icon/color.
  • Create a test fragment using the new type to confirm the UI and tags.
